HX4508SSL Saddle Stitching Line consists of a gathering machine, a saddle stitcher with a detection mechanism, a three-knife trimmer, a delivery cart, and an electrical control box. The gathering machine features an integrally cast base and double-diameter cylinders to process large-format signatures and single sheets while minimizing mechanical wear. The production process is controlled by a Delta PLC and Banner sensors, which identify, track, and automatically reject units with missing or duplicate signatures. The equipment incorporates INA and NSK bearings, a Siemens inverter motor, a Schneider inverter, a Delta touch screen, and Omron limit switches, operating at a maximum mechanical speed of 10,000 r/h.
